Let's Harness is a Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. We process the minimum personal data needed to run a waitlist.

What we collect

• Email address (required).
• Two free-text answers about your agent-building struggles.
• UTM parameters and HTTP referrer (used to attribute traffic sources).
• A daily-salted hash of your IP address (used to rate-limit abuse; not re-identifiable across days).

Where it's stored

All personal data is stored in asia-south1 (Mumbai). Email delivery is handled by Resend (US/EU); the email address is transmitted to Resend at send time only.

Your rights

• Withdraw consent: one-click unsubscribe in every email.
• Access & correction: email Letsharness@gmail.com.
• Deletion: email with subject DELETE. We respond within 7 days (DPDP Rule 14).
